Pico de Gallo

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2-3 large firm tomatoes
  • 1 medium onion (red or white)
  • 2-4 jalapenos to taste
  • juice of one lime or more to taste
  • salt to taste

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Finely dice tomatoes, onions and jalapenos. 
  2. Season with lime juice and salt. Taste and adjust as necessary. 
  3. Serve with blue corn chips. Enjoy.
