- 1 c gluten free all purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup pumpkin purΓ©e
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
I n s t r u c t i o n s
- Heat nonstick skillet on medium high heat
- In a medium bowl, combine all dry ingredients.
- In a separate bowl combine all wet ingredients.
- Slowly add wet ingredients to the dry, mixing to combine.
- Cook 1/4 cup batter at a time, flipping once they start to bubble around the edges.
Serve with coconut whipped cream, maple syrup and pecans. Enjoy! π€π΄π₯
